ANBEL COMMERCE is a personal data controller within the meaning of Article 4, point 7 of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
Commercial company "ANBEL COMMERCE" EOOD - UIC: 201735421 is headquartered and has its registered office in Sofia, "ANBEL COMMERCE" EOOD is a personal data administrator within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
The Administrator does not appoint a data protection officer due to the lack of legal prerequisites for its necessity. Data from the register collected through the Online Store are provided for processing by the Personal Data Processor ANBEL COMMERCE. The Company has concluded a contract with the processor ANBEL COMMERCE under general terms and conditions pursuant to Art. 298 of the Commercial Code, published on the website https://aestheticalbulgaria.com, in which conditions the requirements of the new Regulation are included.
As a personal data controller, ANBEL COMMERCE has an obligation to inform you about the processing of personal data it carries out, as well as about the possibilities to exercise your rights in the event of unlawful processing of personal data.
As customers of ANBEL COMMERCE, your personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:
For accounting and tax purposes, pursuant to the Accountancy Act, the Tax and Social Security Procedure Code, etc.;
For the purposes of service and warranty maintenance of the goods, on the basis of special legislation in the field of consumer protection;
For marketing purposes, based on the consent of the data subjects.
For the purposes of registered online applications and accounts
Consent to the processing of personal data is required only in the absence of another basis for data processing - for example, a contract, a special provision of law, the legitimate interest of the administrator, etc.
The categories of personal data that ANBEL COMMERCE processes for you are as follows:
For accounting and tax purposes – names, personal identification number, address;
For the purposes of service and warranty maintenance of the goods - names, address, contact telephone number;
For marketing purposes – names, date of birth, address, contact phone number, email address, company, position.
For the purposes of registered online applications and accounts: Name, address, telephone, email address.
The data retention periods are determined as follows:
For accounting and tax purposes – in accordance with applicable legislation;
For the purposes of service and warranty maintenance of the goods - in accordance with applicable legislation;
For marketing purposes – until the end of the marketing campaign.
For the purposes of registered online applications and accounts – until the expiration date of the warranty period of the product sold when concluding a distance contract.

Why does ANBEL COMMERCE need to collect and store personal data?
In order to provide you with a document of ownership of the purchased goods, proper service, customer service center, newsletters, we need to collect personal data for the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act, the VAT Act, and for the purposes of correspondence and detailed provision of the service. In any case, we are committed and guarantee that the information we collect and use is appropriate for this purpose and does not constitute a violation of your privacy.
For reasons of security of the Users' personal data, the Administrator will send the data only to the e-mail address that was specified by the Users at the time of registration.
At any time, ANBEL COMMERCE has the right to require the User to identify themselves and to verify the authenticity of each of the circumstances and personal data declared during registration.
How does ANBEL COMMERCE use the personal data it collects about me?
ANBEL COMMERCE will process (collect, store and use) the information you provide in a manner that is consistent with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will make every effort to keep your information accurate and up-to-date, and not to store it for longer than necessary. ANBEL COMMERCE is required to retain information by law, such as information required for income tax purposes and for audit purposes. The period for which certain types of personal data are to be retained may also be governed by specific business sector requirements and agreed practices. Personal data may be retained for longer than these periods depending on the individual needs of the business.

At your request, ANBEL COMMERCE can inform you about what information we store about you and how we process it. the purpose of the processing, as well as the legal basis for the processing; if the processing is based on the legitimate interests pursued by ANBEL COMMERCE or a third party – information about these interests;

ANBEL COMMERCE does not provide data about its customers to third parties, except when required by express provisions of law, for example for the purposes of preventing, investigating, detecting or prosecuting crimes or executing imposed penalties, including the protection against and averting threats to public security.
ANBEL COMMERCE may provide data about its customers in a third country or international organization in relation to partnership agreements with manufacturers whose brands it represents on the Bulgarian market for statistical purposes.
As clients of ANBEL COMMERCE and in your capacity as data subjects, you have the right to request from the administrator access to correct or delete your personal data or restriction of the processing of personal data relating to you, or the right to object to the processing, as well as to exercise the right to data portability.
In cases where your personal data is processed on the basis of your informed consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, keeping in mind that the withdrawal of consent has effect for the future.
The provision of the specified volume of personal data is mandatory in cases where they are necessary to fulfill legal requirements or are related to the performance of a contract.
ANBEL COMMERCE does not apply automated decision-making, including profiling, with respect to the personal data of its customers.
