A class I medical device (with pH 3.0) is a two-phase therapy intended for exclusive professional use. It consists of a hydroalcoholic peeling with AHA and BHA acids, the main active ingredient being 2% tranexamic acid.

Lactic acid (AHA) stimulates cell turnover and aids exfoliation, while activating the synthesis of collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycans. The result is brighter, more hydrated and smoother skin.

Glycolic acid (AHA) has a strong keratolytic and exfoliating effect. Thanks to its small molecular size, it penetrates deep into the skin and enhances the effect of other active ingredients.

Salicylic acid (BHA) is lipophilic and combines a powerful exfoliating effect with sebum regulation. It also has astringent and anti-inflammatory properties.

This therapy is intended for the treatment of melasma and chloasma, as well as widespread hyperpigmentation. The product is also particularly effective for post-acne conditions, including scars and post-inflammatory erythema (PIE).

Phase A (liquid peeling):

Glycolic acid – stimulates cell renewal
Salicylic acid – comedolytic and seborrheic action

Phase B (cream):

Azelaic acid – depigmenting and anti-inflammatory effect
Arbutin – melanogenesis inhibitor
Kojic acid – brightening and antioxidant effect
Butyl-resorcinol – potent tyrosinase inhibitor
Bisabolol – soothing and anti-inflammatory

Controlled exfoliation and removal of pigmented cells from the stratum corneum
Regulation of melanogenesis by selective inhibition of tyrosinase
Comedolytic and antibacterial action, useful for acne and uneven skin texture
Soothing and anti-inflammatory action thanks to phase B, which reduces the risk of reactions

STEP 1: Patient history and skin assessment.

STEP 2: Apply PH BALANCE using a brush. Leave for 2-3 minutes, then rinse with water.

STEP 3: Protect sensitive areas with KARITE BUTTER.

STEP 4: Take 1 ml from the vial to work on the whole face, 2 ml if you are also working on the neck and décolleté (the amount varies because the product is very thick. Pour the product into a bowl and spread it over the treated area using a fan brush.
Leave to act for:

30/45 seconds (for sensitive and thin skin)
60/70 seconds (normal combination skin)
90/100 seconds (thick skin with acne tendency)

STEP 5: Use NEUTRALIZE, massage the entire treated area quickly and rinse thoroughly with water.

STEP 6: Apply B.CREAM as a mask and leave it on for 15 minutes. Without rinsing, massage until the cream residue is completely absorbed. Finish with Leniprotex, massage until completely absorbed.

1 treatment every 15 days - the above steps can be adjusted depending on skin needs.

Suitable for face and body treatments (e.g. back, décolleté). Excellent solution for medium and high phototypes thanks to low flammability. Can be integrated into combined protocols with Jessner, TCA or D-Bright. Ideal follow-up treatment with B.Cream for home use and Melan Control SPF 50 as daily sun protection.
